This course is only offered at 2 times in the year: 2nd week in January and November. The course is delivered via an online platform that you can access from your computer or smartphone. 

You'll be guided through the course via an email at the start of each week, as as well as a summary email at the end of each week - to help highlight key points.

Course information is delivered via video and text information, and your comprehension of the information is tested regularly by quizzes.

You'll have access to ask questions to a Dietitian throughout the course.
