Course Format
The course is hosted on an easy-to-use online platform, accessible from your computer (recommended) or smartphone. Each lesson includes video and text content, with quizzes to help reinforce your understanding.
At the start of each week, you'll receive an email outlining your lessons and 'homework' for the week. A summary email at week’s end will highlight key takeaways. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with others via a group forum or direct email access to your course instructor.
The Workout Program is delivered through OverHaul Fitness’s Smartphone App, while the Nutrition Program is provided as a downloadable PDF for easy reference.
