Why do This Course?
This course is a concentrated and simplified version of the necessary information you need as a hockey player to optimize your performance, from a credible nutrition standpoint. The course is 4 weeks long, where you'll be given weekly suggested lessons to complete. You'll also be able to do the course content at your own pace.
Course Format
This course is only offered at three times in the year: 2nd weeks in January, October, and November. The course is delivered via an online platform that you can access from your computer or smartphone.
You'll be guided through the course via an email at the start of each week, as as well as a summary email at the end of each week - to help highlight key points.
Course information is delivered via video and text information, and your comprehension of the information is tested regularly by quizzes.
You'll have access to ask questions to a Dietitian throughout the course.
