This course will teach you how building muscle works, how to successfully do it - from a nutrition perspective. You'll learn things like how many calories you need to consume to build muscle (might be less than you think), how to assess your progress (are you gaining weight too fast/slow?), and go over the process of how to create a customized nutrition plan, and be given sample meal plans to use and/or learn from. There are different support options to give you access to a Dietitian to help you get the most out of this course (And your Gains!).
